Executive assessment and leadership coaching
People perform best when they’re seen clearly.
For owners, boards and HR directors facing an important decision about a leader.
I see both the person and the business. I’ve assessed and coached more than 500 leaders, and as Managing Director at Aon in Denmark I had full P&L responsibility myself.
Independent. I don’t recruit, so I have no stake in who you choose.
Organizations I have worked with: Maersk, Danske Bank, Arla, Velux, Telenor, Visma and PwC.

My approach
A test profile is never the whole answer.
A test is a good place to start the conversation. What decides whether a leader succeeds is often something you only see when you really listen. The research agrees: leaders rarely fail for lack of professional skills. They fail on relationships, collaboration and the ability to adapt.
My job is to build trust quickly, so people can be themselves and say what’s really at stake. That’s when an assessment becomes accurate, and when coaching starts to work.
Football and CrossFit have taught me that performance is rarely about talent alone. It’s about finding what each person is good at and bringing it out when it matters. That’s the core of my coaching.
I’ve run a business myself, responsible for people and the bottom line. So I know what it costs when a decision about people goes wrong.

About Jonas
Copenhagen · Certified coachFootball and CrossFit
My name is Jonas Haukaas and I work from Copenhagen. For more than 15 years I’ve assessed and developed leaders in Danish and Nordic companies, including nine years as managing director with responsibility for my own business and team.
MSc in International Business (Cand.merc.int.) from Copenhagen Business School. Certified coach, and certified in more than 25 assessment and leadership tools.
Sport has always been a big part of my life, from running around the football pitch as a boy to CrossFit today. It has taught me what a good team can do, and how much mindset matters for whether talent turns into results. I use that when I work with leaders.
People who’ve worked for me say I give them freedom and ownership, set the direction, and am there when they need a sounding board.
